Our Women's Comfort Metro is shaped and padded to match the unique characteristics of women's feet. Women's feet and legs typically have a higher instep, lower calf, longer achilles tendon, narrower heel and narrower toe box. There is also a greater variance in the shape of women's feet than with men's. We take women's fit very seriously. Great fitting socks stay in place, reduce or eliminate blisters, and even enhance boot fit. This is equally important on hot days on the trail or a heated meeting in the office.
The Women's Comfort Metro is quite a bit different than the men's style. The style is designed to be worn tall or folded down. The height is lower than the men's, making them a little bit cooler.
